Mini Ninjas is an activity for children under 5 that love to run, jump and climb. It combines the moves from Tricks and Parkour to create a challenging and energetic activity.
Taking place on our spring floor and utilising our soft blocks, the course is designed to provide fundamental training to allow safe progression to the big Parkour Park.
The sessions cover basic moves to increase confidence, balance, and strength.
Progress is tracked by booklets which list moves and challenges to provide a fun way of learning.
Young people will progress from beginner to advanced and eventually move into Parkour or Tricks Class
