These sessions regularly attract professional athletes from across the county. Head to OPEN JAM page to find out more.

Our activities take years to master. We like to reward that dedication and effort. We provide several syllabus opportunities for our activities. These are a great way to monitor progress and celebrate progression. Designed specifically for each activity, the syllabus will guide you through each move at your own pace. At regular intervals we will hold assessment days. These allow you to show your skill and move up to the next level of difficulty in your activity.
